NTT DATA Services is seeking a Configuration Analysis Senior Specialist to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our healthcare clients by ensuring accurate provider pricing configurations and system integrity. You will contribute to improving productivity, turnaround time, and quality within critical healthcare solutions.

Our client focuses on providing accessible, high-quality healthcare and innovative programs. As part of our Business Process Outsourcing team, you will play a key role in managing provider pricing configuration, performing rigorous testing, and conducting audits to maintain competitiveness and high levels of member and provider satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include configuring client systems for pricing according to defined business rules and requirements for new claims processing platforms. You will evaluate configuration needs, formulate effective approaches, and implement advanced functionalities. This involves translating business requirements into executable rules and configurations.

Your role will extend to troubleshooting issues within health plan benefits, provider contracts, pricing, reporting, and operational systems. You will also manage production support issues, conduct data validation and audits of existing plans, and maintain database integrity. Furthermore, you will support fee schedule changes and enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementing necessary modifications based on business feedback.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in the US healthcare payer claims environment. A minimum of 6 years is required in client system configuration for pricing and UAT testing, with at least 2 years dedicated to UAT. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, with an Associate's degree or some college coursework being preferred.

Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in SQL, particularly for query writing, and exposure to VB/VB.NET. This role requires availability Monday-Friday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm EST, with potential for shift changes and overtime based on business needs.
