Seeking a Configuration Analysis Analyst to configure client systems for pricing, focusing on provider contracts within a new claims processing platform. This role involves evaluating configuration needs, developing approaches, and implementing solutions based on defined business rules and best practices.

Responsibilities include problem-solving related to health plan benefits, provider issues, pricing, reporting, and system operations. The analyst will also support updates to the core claims processing system, particularly in provider pricing, and assist with fee schedule changes and contract maintenance.

Additional duties involve enabling User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementing suggested modifications, creating manual test cases, and resolving coding/QA issues. Data validation and audit of existing plans and contracts in client databases, along with database management, are also key aspects of this position.

Configure client systems for provider contract pricing based on requirements and business rules for a new claims processing platform.

Evaluate configuration requirements, formulate configuration approaches, and incorporate advanced functionality using best practices.

Develop rules and complete configuration activities based on gathered business requirements and rules.

Troubleshoot issues concerning health plan benefits, providers, pricing, reporting, and system operations.

Resolve production support issues related to client configurations within the core administrative system.

Support updates to provider pricing configuration within the core claims processing system.

Assist with fee schedule changes, including terms, affiliations, and contract maintenance.

Enable UAT and implement modifications as advised by business owners or analysts.

Create manual test cases from use cases, functional specifications, and other requirement documents.

Resolve coding/QA issues by managing Master Issue Logs and fixing high-priority change requests.

Perform data validation and audit of existing plans and contracts in client databases.

Engage in database management and maintenance.

Candidates should possess over 5 years of overall experience in US healthcare claims payer environments.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in configuring client systems for pricing and provider contracts is required, with at least 2 years dedicated to UAT testing.

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. An Associate's degree, technical college coursework, or some college-level courses are preferred.

Demonstrated ability to perform effectively within a project-oriented setting is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in SQL, specifically writing queries, and exposure to VB/VB.NET.
