Seeking a skilled Configuration Analysis Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on configuring client systems for pricing and provider contracts within a new claims processing platform. You will evaluate configuration requirements, formulate approaches, and implement advanced functionalities based on best practices. This position is crucial for ensuring accurate claims processing and effective system management.

Key responsibilities include configuring client systems for pricing (provider contracts) according to business rules and new claims processing platform requirements. You will evaluate configuration needs, develop approaches, and implement advanced functionalities. This role involves resolving health plan benefit, provider, pricing, reporting, and system issues. Additional duties include performing production support, updating configuration for provider pricing, supporting fee schedule changes, enabling User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creating test cases, and managing issue resolution for high-priority change requests. Data validation, audit of existing plans/contracts, and database management are also integral to this position.

A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in US Healthcare Claims Payer is required. You should possess 6+ years of experience in configuring client systems for pricing (provider contracts) and UAT testing, with at least 2 years specifically dedicated to UAT. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. An Associate's degree, technical college coursework, or relevant college courses are preferred. The ability to thrive in a project-oriented environment is essential. Preferences include 2+ years of experience with SQL query writing and exposure to VB/VB.net. Availability for Monday-Friday shifts (5:00 am - 3:00 pm EST) is required, with potential for schedule changes, overtime, and weekend work based on business needs.
