Lead the creation of source code aligned with functional specifications, demonstrating efficiency and optimization. Challenge existing tech stacks and API choices to incorporate industry best practices, balancing time-to-market. Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members, including conducting code and design reviews.

Demonstrate best practices across all software development facets: front-end, back-end, APIs, data layers, third-party integrations, and AI models. Map functional requirements to product features, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Apply critical thinking, strong communication, and logical reasoning to technical challenges.

A minimum of 14 years of hands-on development and design experience, with a strong background in full-stack engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and DevOps. Prior experience in product-based IT development is preferred.

Proficiency in compliance domains such as KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Fraud Analysis, or Trade Surveillance. Expertise in Agentic AI solutions, Graph Databases, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, and large-scale distributed systems.

Strong command of Python for backend development, API creation (Django/FastAPI), and machine learning model implementation. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Experience with SAS AML, Actimize, Feedzai, or Fenergo is advantageous. Frontend skills in Angular or React, along with MEAN/MERN stack and Node.js exposure, are also beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
