As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in creating source code aligned with target state functional specifications and leading teams for comprehensive product or project delivery. This includes conducting code and design reviews, and providing technical coaching to team members.

You'll spearhead AI transformations, focusing on architecture, design, and hands-on development. This involves amending designs for optimal source code efficiency, challenging existing tech stacks, and adopting industry-leading API practices to balance time-to-market.

Take on end-to-end technical leadership across Agentic AI, full-stack development, data, DevOps, and platforms. You will demonstrate best practices in all software development facets, from front-end to back-end, APIs, data layers, and AI model integration. Mapping functional specifications to product features and employing critical thinking, strong communication, and logical reasoning will be key.

Ensure high-quality product delivery through techno-functional testing and automation where feasible. Collaborate with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery, providing functional support across all delivery phases. Guide and mentor junior technical associates and testers.

We are seeking a Solution Architect with a minimum of 14 years of hands-on development and design experience, ideally with prior involvement in product-based IT development. A strong background in full-stack engineering, Machine Learning, AI development, and DevOps is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include extensive experience in Compliance domain areas such as KYC platforms, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Fraud Analysis, and Trade Surveillance. You should possess working experience with Agentic AI solutions (RAGs, Vector DBs, Langchain), Graph Databases, Microservices, Event-driven architectures, and distributed computing. Expertise in Python for backend development, API creation (Django/FastAPI), data integration, and algorithms is required.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git) is necessary. Experience with Python-driven Machine Learning model implementation (MLOps), AI model operations, and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB is also critical. While not mandatory, experience with SAS AML packages, Actimize, Feedzai, Fenergo, or frontend technologies like Angular/React is advantageous. We also value individuals capable of leading a sub-competency, client-facing professionals, and those who can contribute to idea-thons and hackathons.

An equivalent practical experience to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is acceptable. Certifications in TOGAF, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), or AI/ML are considered a plus.
