Conduct comprehensive market pricing and benchmarking for positions globally, leveraging compensation surveys and market data. Administer annual and ad hoc compensation surveys, ensuring data accuracy and reporting. Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing compensation data and market trends. Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel and other reporting tools. Scrutinize compensation data for accuracy, identifying anomalies and trends for further investigation. Support global and regional compensation initiatives by gathering, organizing, and analyzing complex employment market data. Interpret survey results and benchmarking outcomes, considering local market dynamics and compensation practices. Foster collaboration across geographies to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely project completion.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a similar analytical field is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Prior experience with compensation surveys and market benchmarking data is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify data anomalies and derive meaningful conclusions. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities is key. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy are mandatory. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are expected. Experience in a global or multinational setting is preferred.
