Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Solid understanding of reward, recognition, motivation, and retention strategies. Ability to provide expert advisory services to stakeholders. Experience in supporting the implementation of HR programs. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to contribute beyond standard job duties.
