Join our dynamic Compensation and Benefits Accounting team, a vital part of the CFO and Controllership organization. We are the center of excellence for compensation, benefits, and equity plan accounting, dedicated to delivering top-tier accounting services and supporting business partners with comprehensive reporting and analysis. This Associate role is key to ensuring accurate accounting and reporting for all compensation, benefits, and equity plans.

Key duties include managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness for various compensation, benefits, and equity plans. You will prepare and record journal entries, conduct variance analysis, and reconcile complex general ledger accounts. The role also involves participating in special projects, ad hoc reporting, cross-training, and assisting with internal and external audit requirements. Integrating new issuances and terminations into accounting processes, researching technical accounting issues, and maintaining compliance with GAAP are also core responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will possess a B.Com/M.Com and MBA Finance, with a CA/CPA being highly preferred. A minimum of 7 years in an accounting or finance role is required, along with experience in accounting and/or audit procedures and financial accounting systems. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. You should be adept at managing multiple priorities, highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
