Contribute to NTT's global compensation strategy as a Compensation Specialist. This role focuses on providing critical data analysis, market intelligence, and survey administration to support the Global Compensation, Recognition and Tools team. You will collaborate closely with the Global Reward Centre of Expertise, impacting compensation initiatives across diverse business units. Ideal candidates are highly analytical, possess advanced Excel proficiency, and excel at interpreting compensation data to uncover trends and market insights.

Execute market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and market data. Support annual and ad hoc compensation surveys, ensuring data accuracy and reporting. Analyze compensation data and market trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel and reporting tools. Review compensation data for accuracy, identifying anomalies and trends. Assist global and regional compensation initiatives by gathering and analyzing complex employment market data. Apply understanding of local market dynamics and compensation practices to survey results. Collaborate globally to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely project delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a similar analytical role is necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Experience with compensation surveys and market benchmarking data is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail. Experience in a global or multinational environment is advantageous.
