You will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team comprising engineers, supply chain specialists, and operations managers. As a Commissioning Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Commissioning Engineers, responsible for hiring, building, and managing team performance. You will establish organizational structures and set priorities aligned with long-term business objectives.

You will leverage your technical expertise in data center mechanical and electrical infrastructure, along with a strong understanding of industry standards and business acumen, to develop future-proofing strategies. Creating and implementing organizational standards will be key, alongside driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams for availability and reliability initiatives.

Develop and manage performance metrics to quantify success and track improvements, utilizing data analysis and innovative approaches like AI and ML. You will also align with stakeholders, guide financial forecasting for capital and operational budgets, and communicate complex solutions effectively to leadership.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, technology, or a STEM field is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in engineering team management and people leadership. Experience in construction or project management, or in a data center or mission-critical facility environment, is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience setting metric-driven goals, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and communicating complex information to senior stakeholders. The ability to solve intricate business challenges through data analysis and financial modeling, demonstrating a tangible business impact, is highly valued.
