Are you passionate about designing and building the critical infrastructure that powers some of the world's most advanced data centers? Join our team as a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer and tackle complex engineering challenges. You'll be a key contributor, validating and improving major infrastructure systems across our data center portfolio.
This role involves working on multi-build projects, developing solutions that balance long-term value with technical excellence. From conceptual design through commissioning and ongoing optimization, your work will shape our infrastructure's performance and future scalability. We're seeking a curious, collaborative engineer who thrives on solving real-world problems at scale.
Review design documentation, specifications, and vendor submittals to ensure alignment with project requirements. Provide recommendations on design, equipment selection, and commissioning documentation for maintainability and construct-ability.
Verify system performance by establishing acceptance criteria and reviewing deficiencies. Assist with as-built documentation and assess commissioned systems against design specifications.
Manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost during critical infrastructure commissioning. Communicate deficiencies and their impact on project schedules clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. Develop comprehensive commissioning schedules and plans. Manage external vendors and stakeholders, effectively navigating ambiguous situations while working on concurrent projects across different locations.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in commissioning is required. Additionally, you need 7+ years of experience in engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Experience in project management, including resource planning, schedule management, project status reporting, and task prioritization for multiple projects, is essential.
Proven experience in vendor management is also a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include experience in data center construction, mission-critical facilities, or equivalent industrial builds, along with experience in stakeholder and communication management and balancing conflicting priorities in ambiguous environments.
