This is a career brimming with opportunities, a place to make a significant impact where no two days are the same. We are seeking a dedicated Cognos TM1 Developer to support and enhance our IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics applications.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and administering IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics for crucial budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. You will collaborate closely with Finance and Technology teams to ensure seamless planning cycles, efficient issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities include managing user access, security protocols, and master data updates, alongside maintaining the integrity of planning models. You will also conduct financial analysis, investigate variances, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT), and support system enhancements.

We are looking for a professional with over 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, and Forecasting. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics (PAW/PAx preferred) is essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning methodologies. Experience in user security management, testing activities, and effective stakeholder engagement is also required. Proficiency in Advanced Excel is a must, with exposure to SAP Finance, SAP BW, or ERP systems being a significant advantage.
