This role focuses on Cyber Managed Services, specifically seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust operational support background and extensive experience in managing and optimizing SAP IDAM solutions. You will lead operational initiatives, provide expert guidance, and ensure the security and efficiency of our identity and access management processes within the SAP ecosystem.

Provide expert L2 and L3 support for SAP IDAM issues, including complex user access, role management, and system outages. Lead the management of user identities and access rights within the SAP IDAM platform, ensuring accurate provisioning and deprovisioning. Oversee SAP IDAM system performance monitoring, proactively addressing potential issues and optimizing performance. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and recommend improvements.

Develop and maintain SAP IDAM documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conduct regular security reviews and audits of SAP IDAM configurations for compliance. Drive the implementation of security measures like RBAC and MFA. Manage ticket resolutions and service requests, prioritizing based on impact and urgency, while mentoring junior staff.

Stay current with new SAP IDAM features and updates, sharing knowledge with the team. Offer strategic feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAP IDAM service, identifying automation opportunities. Liaise with SAP support and vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure high service delivery.

Possess advanced knowledge of SAP IDAM solutions, with relevant certifications being a plus. Demonstrate proven experience managing complex SAP environments, including user provisioning, role management, and access control. Maintain a strong understanding of network security, IAM principles, and related technologies like SIEM and firewalls.

Showcase expertise in scripting and automation using languages such as ABAP, PowerShell, or Python. Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrate leadership qualities and experience mentoring junior staff. Possess strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) is beneficial. Experience integrating SAP IDAM with other security tools is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. This role may involve travel, on-call support, and occasional overtime or shift work.
