As part of the Global Managed Service – Identity and Access Management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IAM services. Your expertise will be key to supporting business continuity and compliance initiatives within a dynamic global organization.

In this role, you will oversee the operational management of Azure AD, ensuring high availability and performance. You will lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests, developing and enforcing operational procedures.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams, performing health checks, and ensuring IAM operations align with security policies. You will also mentor junior analysts, manage Azure AD features like conditional access and MFA, and drive automation for enhanced efficiency. Acting as an escalation point, you will provide strategic recommendations for Azure AD improvements.

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in IAM operations, particularly with Azure AD and related Microsoft identity solutions. A proven background in operational support, incident management, and problem-solving within an IAM context is essential.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required, along with in-depth knowledge of cloud security and IAM protocols. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are necessary for effective stakeholder management. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is expected. Willingness to travel, work on-call, and in shifts is also required.
