This role focuses on Global Managed Service – Identity and Access Management, specifically as a Senior Azure AD Operations Support Analyst. You will be instrumental in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) services, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

Oversee the operational management of Azure AD services, ensuring high availability and performance. Lead the resolution of complex Azure AD incidents and service requests, providing expert guidance. Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation. Collaborate with IAM engineering teams on Azure AD solutions and integrations. Conduct system health checks, monitor performance, and perform capacity planning.

Ensure IAM operations align with security policies and compliance standards. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to their professional development. Manage key Azure AD features like conditional access, MFA, and PIM. Drive automation and process improvements to enhance IAM operational efficiency. Act as an escalation point for critical issues and provide strategic recommendations.

Lead operational tasks including system monitoring, user provisioning, access reviews, and troubleshooting. Implement and maintain documentation, including disaster recovery plans. Work with the IAM engineering team to transition new services into production. Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to identify and remediate security gaps. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training materials and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive IAM operations experience, particularly with Azure AD and related Microsoft identity solutions. A strong background in operational support, incident management, and problem-solving within an IAM context is essential.

In-depth knowledge of cloud security, IAM protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements is expected. Candidates should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successful stakeholder management, are highly valued.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or ITIL are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Willingness to travel, participate in on-call support, work occasional overtime, and work in shifts is also necessary.
