This role focuses on the Global Managed Service for Identity and Access Management, specifically seeking a Senior Azure AD Operations Support Analyst to ensure secure and efficient operation of Azure Active Directory services. Your expertise will be key in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IAM solutions to support business continuity and compliance.

As a Senior Azure AD Operations Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in overseeing the operational management of Azure AD services, ensuring high availability and reliability. You'll lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests, develop and enforce operational procedures, and collaborate with IAM engineering teams. Your role involves performing system health checks, monitoring performance, and ensuring IAM operations align with security policies and best practices. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts, manage key Azure AD features like conditional access and MFA, and drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in IAM operations, with a strong focus on Azure AD and related Microsoft identity solutions. Demonstrated experience in operational support, incident management, and problem-solving within an IAM context is crucial. A deep understanding of cloud security, IAM protocols, and regulatory compliance is required. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills are essential, alongside strong communication and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is necessary. Willingness to travel, work on-call, and in shifts is also a requirement.
