Drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) support engagements, ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks. Manage project KPIs, SLAs, and report on Managed Services performance. Identify and resolve customer pain points, driving process improvements. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tickets and managing team capacity. Handle multiple projects in a shared resource model, assist with log monitoring, and dashboard maintenance. Lead project transitions and post-production support. Demonstrate strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills. Establish project governance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Possess prior experience in IAM solution design, development, and implementation, preferably with SailPoint Identity. Provide effort estimations for IAM support engagements and act as a trusted advisor, fostering a positive team environment. Review internal security controls and manage senior client relationships. Present ideas effectively to clients and decision-makers. Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience is a plus. Possess strong technical knowledge in IT Security, including networks, OS, databases, web technologies, and application development. Coordinate and implement various requests, demonstrating strategic and tactical thinking in information-sensitive businesses. Lead small teams with empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness. Manage all HR functions for the team, including hiring, training, performance management, and annual reviews.

A Bachelor's Degree is required. Candidates should understand data integration, data quality, data architecture, Master Data Management, project lifecycle phases, best practices, and processes. A good grasp of Access Governance and its various aspects is essential. Excellent communication, analytical abilities, strong judgment, and management skills are expected. Experience in requirements definition, system design, and software development is necessary. Familiarity with Azure AD is also a key requirement.
