As part of a global support team, you'll assist customers in their migration to Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing product usability through improvements in products, tools, processes, and documentation, and driving Google Cloud business growth by identifying and advocating for customer needs.
Manage customer issues from diagnosis to resolution, developing new investigation tools to boost productivity on Google Cloud Platform products.
Deepen your understanding of Google's product technology and architectures by troubleshooting, replicating issues, determining root causes, and building diagnostic tools.
Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal engineering, business, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment challenges and enhance Google Cloud.
Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to drive product improvements and production readiness.
Work collaboratively within a global team of engineers and consultants, with the flexibility to work non-standard hours and shifts as required.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with 9 years of hands-on experience in debugging code using languages such as Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, or JavaScript.
Demonstrate 4 years of specialized experience in networking technologies, including proficiency with protocols and concepts like TCP/IP, Routing, VPN, VLAN, Peering, Load-Balancing, Firewall, DHCP, ICMP, NAT, CDN, and DNS.
