As a Manager of Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), you will lead a team of senior technical experts specializing in Agentic and AI solutions across data, application innovation, and infrastructure on Azure. You will foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and excellence, collaborating across departments to remove obstacles and deliver impactful business results. This position offers flexibility, allowing for up to 25% remote work.

Lead and mentor a team of senior Cloud Solution Architects, fostering a culture of inclusion, growth mindset, and technical excellence in Data, AI, Agents, App Modernization, and Infrastructure.

Coach your team to design and deliver secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions that generate measurable business value for customers.

Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring excellence, resolving impediments, and preparing mission-critical workloads for production scale.

Align team activities with Microsoft's Cloud and AI strategy, monitoring performance metrics, driving growth, and ensuring comprehensive customer success plans.

Guide your team in developing and leveraging reusable intellectual property to accelerate solution deployment and maximize impact across engagements.

Champion customer success by building strong relationships, advocating for customer needs, and providing strategic feedback to engineering for product enhancements.

Promote continuous learning and technical development within your team through certifications, skilling plans, and active community involvement.

Drive innovation and operational efficiency by enabling proactive actions, generating new pipeline opportunities, and supporting Customer Success priorities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, combined with 10+ years of experience in Cloud and AI technologies (including Azure, data platforms, application modernization, AI, agentic solutions, security, resiliency, cloud architecture, IT consulting, systems administration, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI Agent development, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting) OR equivalent experience. - 5+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers. - Prior experience working with Global customers and/or managing Global teams is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in Cloud and AI technologies OR Master's Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience. - 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. - 6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions. - Technical certification or demonstrated expertise in cloud and AI technologies. - 5+ years of people management experience.
