Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM, and Vulnerability Response. You will build and maintain essential platform components, develop robust integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, and configure critical processes like Incident, Problem, and Change management.

This role also involves supporting ITOM implementations, developing GRC workflows, managing SAM processes, and enhancing Vulnerability Response capabilities. You will lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensure adherence to best practices and security standards, and conduct in-depth technical analysis to resolve complex issues. Collaboration and technical mentorship are integral to success.

We require a minimum of 12 years of extensive ServiceNow development experience, with strong practical knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules. Essential certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, such as CIS-ITSM.

Proficiency in JavaScript development within ServiceNow, experience with client-side and server-side scripting, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and portal development are crucial. Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub is also necessary. A strong understanding of CMDB concepts, data quality, CSDM principles, and fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
