Understand customer business priorities and data estates to innovate with Agent solutions that drive business value.

Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management, driving program awareness and demand. You will monitor project progress, identify support needs, and engage directly with complex customer use cases. Participate in intake reviews for milestone sizing, objection handling, and technical scoping. Ensure solutions are delivered with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability, while gathering customer insights to maintain high satisfaction.

Drive Customer Success business results by ensuring clients understand the value of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio, and maximize their technology investments. Resolve critical issues blocking customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and technical expertise. Lead technical conversations to drive value and implement AI Agents, adhering to Factory best practices and utilizing repeatable intellectual property.

Design solutions aligned with business and IT needs, architecting Copilot Studio Agent solutions, creating Agent roadmaps, leading Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and ensuring long-term technical viability. Advocate for customers by sharing insights, collaborating with the Factory team, influencing improvements, and prioritizing features. Resolve technical blockers through debugging and providing fixes.
