Key responsibilities include leading architecture, migration, modernization, optimization, and AI adoption for enterprise customers. You will enable AI-ready infrastructure by ensuring environments meet stringent security, resiliency, data, and performance requirements. Design secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions using Azure services like Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI. Own technical delivery outcomes and milestones for customer-funded projects, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers, Factory teams, Specialists, Engineering, and Partners to deliver integrated Microsoft solutions. Accelerate Azure consumption by identifying expansion opportunities and providing impactful technical recommendations. Support Factory execution through oversight, risk management, and technical governance.

Contribute valuable intellectual property, automation assets, and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency. Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with engineering teams. Deliver customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical assessments, and Proofs of Concept (POCs). Continuously enhance your technical depth through ongoing skilling and community involvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. This role demands 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, application development, consulting, technical delivery, or solution architecture. You should possess hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure services (compute, networking, storage, monitoring, backup, security) and a broad range of Microsoft Azure services across infrastructure, modern applications, and AI.

Proven experience in delivering migration and modernization projects using Azure Migrate, Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), and Landing Zones is essential. A solid understanding of security and resiliency principles, including Defender for Cloud, identity management, networking security, and disaster recovery, is necessary. Experience delivering customer-facing technical projects from design to production deployment, including leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders, is expected.

Strong expertise in cloud architecture, security, resiliency, governance, and operational excellence principles is crucial. The ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams is a key requirement. Azure certifications, experience with hybrid/multi-cloud scenarios, infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/Terraform), DevOps practices, SAP on Azure, Linux/Windows Server, databases, mission-critical workloads, cloud-native development, and Azure AI Services are preferred.
