Drive AI transformation for enterprise customers as an AI Business Solutions (ABS) Cloud Solution Architect. This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and the broader Microsoft 365 platform to unlock AI value across organizations. You'll be instrumental in developing and winning strategic opportunities, providing thought leadership, and enabling transformational customer outcomes with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Low Code No Code solutions, and 1P Agents.

Your expertise will blend deep cloud architecture knowledge with modern AI capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor to CxOs and IT decision-makers, guiding them through envisioning, technical strategy, solution design, and implementation. This position demands strong technical acumen, executive presence, exceptional communication, and adept stakeholder management.

Lead end-to-end AI-driven customer transformations by architecting and implementing solutions across M365 Copilot, Teams extensibility, and enterprise AI workloads. Shape and deploy Agentic AI scenarios, ensuring technical clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.

Serve as a technical solution architect, leading customer-facing discussions to drive outcomes from Microsoft 365 and Azure investments. Accelerate AI and cloud adoption through design-thinking workshops, demos, and deployment guidance. Build secure, scalable architectures and data flow designs tailored to specific customer needs.

Drive value realization and adoption by partnering with Customer Success Account Managers. Guide customers through the entire customer journey, from discovery to optimization, identifying and resolving technical blockers across teams.

Champion Security, Compliance, and Responsible AI by leading assessments and providing architectural recommendations for secure, compliant, and scalable AI deployments. Focus on Low-Code/No-Code innovation by architecting and guiding secure, scalable Power Platform solutions to complement AI scenarios.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is required, coupled with a strong customer focus and a passion for technology. You should possess 5–10 years of experience in cloud architecture, application development, or M365/Azure solutioning.

Mandatory hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio is essential, including building copilots, custom actions, orchestration flows, and understanding enterprise deployment patterns. Strong experience with M365 workloads, Graph API, Teams/SharePoint extensibility, search indexing, and related Copilot technologies is crucial.

Demonstrate the ability to design secure, scalable enterprise cloud and AI architectures. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are a must, enabling you to influence, align, and drive clarity across C-suite, IT, business teams, and engineering stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are paramount for simplifying complexity, presenting to executives, and articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
