Lead global partner transformation by aligning technology roadmaps with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI priorities. Help partners build and mature Centers of Excellence (CoEs), factories, and offers that scale Microsoft-based services. Champion partners in becoming AI-first, services-led businesses with repeatable, differentiated offerings and managed services.

Drive large-scale cloud transformation journeys globally, fostering innovation and challenging conventional thinking. Implement consistent frameworks and best practices to accelerate time-to-market and ensure global scalability. Act as a global thought leader in emerging technologies like generative AI, agentic AI, and cloud-native architectures, inspiring partners to experiment with cutting-edge solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, architecture, or strategy is required, or equivalent professional experience.

Possess 10+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technical strategy, or partner technology leadership at a global scale. Demonstrate proven expertise across multiple solution areas including Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Security, Data & Analytics, and Modern Work. Showcase a strong track record of influencing C-level executives and shaping partner roadmaps.

Exhibit a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365) and experience in cloud architecture, migration, and optimization. Proven ability to lead global technical programs, balancing central strategy with regional execution is essential. Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity through storytelling, are critical.
