Drive customer and partner success by aligning Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions with strategic business objectives and measurable value. Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical decision-makers, translating challenges into scalable, AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Provide comprehensive technical and functional guidance across Dynamics 365 applications and design advanced Copilot and agent-based solutions. Define integration strategies across Microsoft ecosystem and third-party applications. Advise on critical areas like Power Platform governance, environment strategy, security, and lifecycle management.

Identify and address adoption blockers, champion the adoption of Microsoft Business Applications and Copilot investments, and support partners in building repeatable solutions. Capture customer insights and feedback to influence product development and internal communities. Lead technical discussions, share best practices, and contribute to internal enablement and reusable asset development.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, consulting, architecture, or customer success. Demonstrated strong experience with Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise business application platforms is essential.

Candidates must possess experience in customer-facing roles, engaging with business and technical decision-makers, and delivering technical projects involving business applications, low-code platforms, integrations, governance, or AI. The ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and adoption-ready technology architectures is key.

Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of cloud technology experience, hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and agent development. Knowledge of Azure services, Microsoft 365, enterprise architecture patterns, and relevant Microsoft certifications is highly advantageous. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
