As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Cloud & AI Apps, you will empower small, medium, and corporate customers and partners to achieve their business goals using Microsoft technologies. Leverage your technical expertise to ensure customers maximize value from their Microsoft investments.

This role involves adapting business strategies, championing architecture best practices, and demonstrating solution capabilities. You'll lead projects, resolve technical challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Your contributions will drive impactful customer relationships and ensure solutions align with business outcomes and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer and partner technical environments by gathering insights and mapping solutions to business outcomes. You'll act as the voice of the customer, driving feedback and advocating for their needs internally. Additionally, you will design and propose technical architectures that meet business and IT requirements, resolve technical constraints, and enhance customer requirements. Responsibilities also extend to resolving technical blockers, acting as a trusted advisor by respectfully challenging directions and understanding competitor landscapes. A significant part of the role involves leading architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization to drive customer usage and business value.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of technical leadership experience. Essential qualifications include 5+ years in object-oriented programming, cloud application architecture, and microservices development for public clouds. Experience with application requirements, design reviews, automated software deployment, and troubleshooting in cloud/hybrid environments is crucial. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps models, along with application development using the GitHub ecosystem, is required. Strong solution architecture and design skills are expected, with experience in modern .NET technologies. Expertise in various Azure services, including AKS, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure AI services like OpenAI and MLOps, is highly valued.
