Empower customers to achieve significant business value by accelerating their AI transformation on Microsoft Azure. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will guide organizations in migrating, modernizing, and securing their infrastructure, applications, and data. You will establish a strong foundation for scalable, production-ready AI solutions, leveraging frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).

This role is integral to the Cloud + AI Infrastructure team, focusing on migration, modernization, operational excellence, and resilient architecture. You will utilize existing repeatable intellectual property and execution engines to meet critical milestones. Ensuring infrastructure, application, and database readiness for advanced AI workloads is paramount, along with driving successful deployments that accelerate adoption. Collaborate closely with customer IT leaders to architect and implement scalable solutions, remove obstacles, and expedite Azure service adoption. Your deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, applications, databases, SAP, and hybrid environments will be key to helping clients maximize their Microsoft Azure investments.

Forge trusted relationships with key customer IT decision-makers to foster long-term cloud adoption. Act as the Voice of the Customer, conveying insights and resolving blockers through collaborative efforts with Microsoft engineering teams.

Lead architectural design sessions, delivering secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions that align with customer business objectives using CAF and WAF frameworks. Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery outcomes, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in partnership with the CSAM.

Spearhead migration and modernization initiatives, including proof of concept and production milestones, across infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads. Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance to support production-scale AI use cases.

Deliver repeatable intellectual property and contribute to centralized IP development to accelerate deployment and achieve desired outcomes. Identify and resolve technical blockers to expedite go-live and ensure delivery excellence across key Factory engagements. Generate incremental pipeline from each engagement by driving next best actions and aligning with Unified Enterprise Support (ES) priorities.

Maintain technical currency through continuous learning and certifications in priority workloads such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, SAP (Native + RISE), Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud. Actively participate in technical communities, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge reuse to accelerate customer transformation and success.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, coupled with 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Alternatively, a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.

Possess at least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including internal and/or external positions. Demonstrate 8+ years of experience working on technical projects. Hold a relevant Technical Certification in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) or security certifications.
