As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and Accenture operations, managing support and escalations. You'll communicate the health of service delivery to all stakeholders, clearly explaining any performance issues or risks.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring Cloud orchestration and automation capabilities operate seamlessly, adhering to target SLAs with minimal downtime. You will also lead performance meetings, sharing insights on performance and consumption data along with key trends.
This role focuses on designing, building, configuring, testing, and deploying AI agents and workflows. These solutions will automate business processes, enhance intelligent decision-making, and integrate with enterprise systems, utilizing LLMs, memory management, external APIs, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.
Key responsibilities include developing agent architecture patterns and implementing agentic AI development.
You will be involved in multi-agent workflow design, prompt and context engineering, and LLM integration and evaluation.
Managing agent memory and state, designing human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows, and employing evaluation-driven development are also core to this role. Additionally, you will focus on implementing responsible AI and guardrails, alongside cost and latency optimization.
A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Python programming is essential.
This position requires 15 years of full-time education.
You will also leverage expertise in agentic frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and ADK, along with experience in platforms like Azure/OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, Gemini, and Azure AI Studio.
