Oversee and maintain on-premise and client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. This includes system engineering, physical data center operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operating environments through installation, patching, upgrading, and continuous improvement.

Manage storage and data protection environments, actively monitoring for incidents and alerts. Provide essential first-level support, perform basic administration following standard procedures, and assist teams with new build, administration, and decommission activities. Contribute to capacity and performance reporting.

Provide comprehensive maintenance and support for all in-scope systems, including monitoring, executing corrective actions, and performing installations, configurations, and testing of operating systems.
