As an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional - Planning expert, you will lead and contribute to Oracle Cloud SCM Planning implementations. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules, and conducting Fit-Gap analyses to deliver effective functional solutions. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers. This role involves preparing essential documentation such as functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials, as well as supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Post-go-live support and driving continuous process improvements are also key aspects of this position, alongside working with other Oracle Cloud SCM modules like Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.

We are seeking candidates with strong, hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud. Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas is essential: Demand Management, Supply Planning, Planning Central, or Advanced Supply Planning. Previous experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects is required, coupled with a solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes. The ability to conduct workshops and engage effectively with client stakeholders is crucial. Excellent communication and documentation skills are fundamental for success in this role.
