This role focuses on Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consulting for Manufacturing, empowering clients to optimize production and shop floor operations through advanced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud solutions.

Lead Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementation and support projects, analyzing business requirements and configuring Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud to meet client needs.

Conduct Fit-Gap workshops, develop functional design documents, and create test scripts and training materials. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities, collaborating closely with technical teams on integrations and extensions.

Provide recommendations for process improvements in manufacturing operations, working alongside Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Quality, and Planning teams.

Requires strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud, including key modules like Manufacturing, Work Definitions, Work Execution, Production Scheduling, Shop Floor Management, Work Orders, and Resource & Capacity Management.

An understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes is essential, along with proven experience in configuration, testing, and deployment. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills are a must.
