- Contribute independently and aspire to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and application deployment strategies. - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud platform issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Document architectural designs and deployment processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.

- Essential: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Proven experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management. - Strong grasp of cloud security principles and best practices. - Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud architectures. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for efficient cloud environment management. - A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
