As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our cloud architecture is not only viable and secure but also performs optimally. Your responsibilities will extend to creating proof-of-concept solutions to validate architectural designs, ensuring they meet stringent standards and specifications. - Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB classes and CI lifecycle management, adhering to CSDM guidelines. - Ensure data integrity through diligent auditing, cleansing, and governance processes. - Facilitate seamless integration of CMDB with essential workflows including change, incident, problem, and asset management. - Develop automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide. - Contribute to the development of cloud application solutions by collaborating with various teams to ensure effective integration and functionality. - Conduct comprehensive testing of cloud solutions to guarantee they meet required performance and security standards. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB is a mandatory requirement. - Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and effective deployment strategies. - Proven experience integrating cloud services with on-premises systems. - Familiarity with essential security protocols and best practices within cloud environments. - Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to cloud applications and infrastructure. - A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
