Spearhead technical leadership by championing engineering best practices in architecture and technology. Mentor junior engineers, guide architectural discussions, and identify essential design patterns. Drive AI integration across the product suite, including Generative AI and NLP. Design, code, and maintain software solutions using object-oriented or modern languages. Develop and execute automated tests. Utilize experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code. Collaborate effectively within global cross-functional teams. Ensure code quality through reviews and foster continuous improvement in engineering excellence and system reliability.

Requires a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years in software development and testing is necessary, with at least 3 years specifically in Cloud Native SaaS applications. Experience with AI/ML initiatives or AI technology certifications is a significant advantage. Proficiency in object-oriented/modern languages (C#, Java, Go), software design patterns, RESTful APIs, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL) is essential. Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is required. Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pulsar) and scalable test automation frameworks is needed. Front-end technologies (React, Angular) are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication are key.
