As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be expected to operate independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You will play a crucial role in providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between cloud and on-premises systems. Assisting in documenting architectural designs and deployment procedures will support knowledge sharing. Monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance to meet operational needs is vital. You will also support junior team members by offering guidance and sharing best practices.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). Candidates should possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment and management, coupled with a solid grasp of cloud security principles and best practices. The ability to design and implement scalable and reliable cloud architectures is fundamental.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for efficient cloud environment management is necessary. Experience with performance testing and validation techniques for cloud solutions is also expected. A 15-year full-time educational background is a mandatory requirement for this position.
