Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Azure cloud environments. Perform essential operations including patching, backups, and system activation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across diverse cloud platforms in a 24x7 production support model.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud operations by implementing best practices and staying abreast of emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and performance of our cloud infrastructure.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of overall operational experience, with a strong focus on OS/Cloud environments. Proven experience in a diverse cloud support setting, operating within a 24x7 production support model.

Possess foundational knowledge of Windows/Linux platforms, including backup operations, patching, and network components like DNS, DHCP, and TCP. Familiarity with cloud computing, basic networking, and storage principles is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills are mandatory for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
