Join NTT DATA as a Cloud Migration Lead Engineer and drive enterprise-level cloud migration projects. This role focuses on leading technical delivery engagements, primarily to AWS, with Azure experience being a plus. You'll be instrumental in managing the entire migration lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-migration support.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring a blend of deep cloud expertise and the ability to guide migration teams effectively. You will own technical decisions, manage client expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of cloud migration projects, encompassing discovery, assessment, planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization.

Develop and validate comprehensive migration strategies for various environments, including VMware, physical and virtual servers, and diverse workloads.

Oversee application dependency mapping, migration wave planning, sequencing, and risk management.

Define optimal workload migration approaches, such as rehost, replatform, and modernization.

Coordinate technical discussions with clients and internal teams, including Cloud Foundation, Migration Execution, Networking, and Security.

Ensure AWS Landing Zone readiness and address networking, security, and operational requirements.

Troubleshoot complex migration issues and provide critical support during production cutovers.

Mentor engineers, validate technical estimates, and champion automation for improved migration efficiency.

A minimum of 10 years of IT infrastructure and cloud technology experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to cloud migration delivery.

Proven hands-on experience leading production migrations to AWS, preferably with multiple enterprise clients.

Deep expertise in core AWS infrastructure services such as EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, and AWS Backup.

Practical experience utilizing AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) and other relevant workload migration tools.

Strong understanding of VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, DNS, Active Directory, storage, and networking concepts.

Demonstrated ability in migration discovery, dependency mapping, wave planning, testing, and rollback strategy development.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex migration-related issues across connectivity, performance, replication, and applications.

Familiarity with AWS security best practices, hybrid connectivity, IAM, routing, and network segmentation.

Experience leading engineering teams and effectively communicating technical risks to stakeholders.
