As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert and perform independently. Your role involves actively participating in team discussions and contributing solutions to complex work-related problems.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design robust migration strategies. You will monitor and optimize migration processes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency, while also documenting procedures and best practices.

Furthermore, you will assist junior team members in understanding migration workflows and troubleshooting any encountered issues, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture, with experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) being a valuable asset. A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and various migration methodologies is essential.

We are looking for candidates with the ability to analyze complex infrastructure and application dependencies for effective migration planning. Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of database systems, along with experience in scripting and automation tools to streamline migration tasks, will be highly beneficial.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education. This is an onsite role based in our Bengaluru office.
