As a Cloud Migration Engineer, your daily activities will involve assessing current systems to define optimal cloud transition strategies. You will execute application and data migrations, ensuring solutions are built for scalability and peak performance. Collaboration with various teams is key to aligning migration efforts with overarching business objectives, focusing on delivering cutting-edge cloud-based solutions for sustained growth and operational excellence.

This role requires you to operate independently and develop into a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution to team discussions are expected. You will be instrumental in providing innovative solutions to complex work-related problems. Furthermore, collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth migration processes and effectively address emerging challenges. Continuously monitor and refine cloud migration strategies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. You will also support junior team members by sharing your expertise and guiding them on cloud migration best practices.

A strong foundation in Cloud Wave Management is essential for this role. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure and effective migration methodologies. Experience with both private and public cloud technologies and platforms is required. The ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud solutions is crucial. Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools to safeguard data integrity and security is also necessary. The capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered throughout the migration lifecycle is expected.

A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Cloud Wave Management is required. This position is based in our Bengaluru office. A completed 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
