Your role will involve monitoring and optimizing migration processes for maximum efficiency and minimal disruption, while also documenting best practices. You will also assist junior team members with migration workflows and troubleshooting.

A strong foundation in Oracle Database Architecture is essential for this role. Experience with Oracle Database Administration (DBA) is highly desirable. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of cloud computing principles and migration methodologies. Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques is important. The ability to analyze complex infrastructure dependencies for migration planning is crucial. Experience with scripting and automation tools for streamlining migration tasks is also beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, along with a 15-year full-time education.
