This role involves planning, delivering, and implementing scalable, high-performance application and data migrations using both private and public cloud technologies. Key responsibilities include independently assessing current systems, designing comprehensive migration strategies, and actively contributing to team discussions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, monitor and optimize migration processes for minimal disruption, and document best practices. Additionally, you will provide solutions to complex problems and assist junior team members with migration workflows and troubleshooting.

Essential qualifications include a strong proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of experience in this domain. Familiarity with Oracle Database Administration (DBA), cloud computing concepts, migration methodologies, and performance tuning is highly beneficial. The ability to analyze complex infrastructure, plan migrations, and utilize scripting/automation tools is also required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
