Become a subject matter expert and perform independently in cloud migration initiatives. Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving by providing innovative solutions.

Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and architect effective migration strategies. Monitor and optimize migration processes for maximum efficiency and minimal disruption. Document procedures and best practices to foster knowledge sharing within the team. Support and mentor junior members, assisting them with migration workflows and troubleshooting complex issues.

A strong foundation in Oracle Database Architecture is essential, complemented by experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and proven migration methodologies are required.

Proficiency in analyzing complex infrastructure and application dependencies for detailed migration planning. Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of database systems is crucial. Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline migration tasks is highly beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture is necessary. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
