Join our team as a Cloud Migration Engineer to assess existing solutions and infrastructure for seamless cloud migration. You will be instrumental in planning, delivering, and implementing scalable, high-performance application and data migration strategies using private and public cloud technologies, driving significant business outcomes.

This role requires a strong foundation in TIBCO Administration, coupled with experience in providing 24/7 operational support for middleware tools. We are seeking candidates with a total experience of 7-8 years, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant capacity.

Administer, configure, and maintain TIBCO EMS/ActiveMQ environments on Linux and Windows platforms. Provide comprehensive production support, including incident resolution, managing production changes, deployments, and upgrades. Execute system updates, patching, monitoring, and health checks to ensure optimal stability and high availability. Build and maintain robust messaging infrastructure, including clusters, SL/TLS, security, and high availability configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to brokers, client applications, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate closely with development teams to design, integrate, and support JMS-based messaging solutions. Operate effectively within a process-oriented, fast-paced team environment, including rotational shift coverage for 24/7 support. Leverage Linux expertise for in-depth log analysis, system troubleshooting, and automation initiatives.

Install and configure TIBCO FMS/MQ on Linux, including setting up brokers and clusters. Possess a strong background in managing production environments, handling incidents, problem management, and executing changes in a controlled manner. Skilled in utilizing monitoring tools, dashboards, and performing proactive system checks, including system updates, patching, version upgrades, and performance tuning. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in diagnosing broker and application issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and supporting production systems. Proficient in Linux environments with strong shell access, performance monitoring, and system resource optimization skills. Ability to create Bash scripts for automation, log monitoring, and scheduled maintenance tasks. Practical experience in SSL/TLS configuration and administration, including user authentication and authorization management. Experience collaborating with development teams to design and deliver messaging solutions aligned with business objectives.
