Define and champion the organizational strategy for Azure DevOps and cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with key objectives, cloud adoption initiatives, and engineering excellence. Establish comprehensive enterprise standards for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Azure DevOps practices, Azure Pipelines, and YAML-based deployment automation. Oversee release governance to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability in advancing Azure DevOps and cloud platform capabilities across various programs and enterprise-wide initiatives. Foster effective collaboration with diverse teams and business stakeholders to guarantee seamless project delivery and operational success.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in Monitoring, Logging & Observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights), CI/CD & DevOps Tooling (Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, CI/CD Pipeline Configuration with YAML). Expertise in Containers & Orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS, Azure Container Registry - ACR) is crucial. Familiarity with PaaS services (Azure App Service, WebJobs with KUDU) and Serverless technologies (Function App, Logic App) is required. Strong command over Azure Bicep and PowerShell is mandatory for this role.
