This role is instrumental in automating, provisioning, and deploying infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining Terraform modules for GCP infrastructure (GKE, Cloud SQL, Networking, IAM, GCS). You will develop Ansible playbooks for configuration management and application deployment, owning the entire cloud delivery pipeline from provisioning to production deployment.

Integrate Terraform and Ansible into CI/CD pipelines, implement GCP IAM as code, and manage Terraform state. Perform infrastructure drift detection, build reusable IaC modules, and collaborate with security teams to embed compliance controls. Support GKE cluster operations and contribute to internal developer platform tooling for self-service provisioning.

We are seeking candidates with over 4 years of dedicated cloud engineering experience, emphasizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Essential skills include expert-level Terraform (module development, remote state) and strong Ansible experience (roles, inventories, vault). Solid knowledge of core GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud SQL) is required.

Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD integration for infrastructure, GCP networking (VPCs, subnets, firewalls), and Linux systems administration with shell scripting is also necessary. Experience managing GCP IAM programmatically through Terraform is a significant advantage.
