This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within Capgemini Engineering, based in Bangalore.

Architect and lead the creation of scalable cloud and data platforms, supporting digital transformation and advanced analytics. Design cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based solutions on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Define robust data architectures for batch, streaming, event-driven, and real-time processing. Develop enterprise data platforms encompassing ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, analytics, and consumption. Lead the architecture and deployment of machine learning solutions, including MLOps best practices. Design Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks. Architect and optimize enterprise-grade data pipelines for reliability and scalability. Establish standards for data modeling, performance optimization, and integration frameworks.

Extensive experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses. Hands-on experience with platforms like Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric. Proficiency in designing and deploying machine learning solutions and MLOps architectures. Strong experience building Generative AI applications and agent-based AI solutions. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with working knowledge of Java, Golang, or Node.js. Experience developing and deploying cloud-native APIs and microservices.
