Seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance & Costing Consultant to join our team in Noida, India. This role demands a strong background in finance and costing, with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, including Finance, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, and General Ledger. The ideal candidate will independently analyze complex costing and accounting issues and proactively troubleshoot cross-functional challenges to ensure seamless SCM and Finance integration.

Key responsibilities include leading Oracle Fusion Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting activities, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Cost Organization, Cost Books, Cost Elements, and various costing methods like Standard and Actual Costing. You will analyze the accounting impact of supply chain transactions, manage accounting distributions, and trace transaction flows from subledger to General Ledger. This role also involves troubleshooting valuation and accounting errors, performing GL reconciliation, understanding period-end processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance configurations based on Oracle Fusion best practices.

Essential qualifications include 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations and expert knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory/Manufacturing Costing, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Period Close. A strong understanding of SCM-to-Finance integration and the ability to trace transactions are critical. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for costing and GL reconciliation issues are required, along with the ability to work independently with stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing environments is mandatory. Preferred skills encompass knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, and experience supporting large-scale implementations. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous. Crucially, expertise in Cost Accounting is a deal-breaker.
