In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the core components of our Managed AI Gateway platform. This includes developing and supporting integrations with AI services such as Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, and Codex, as well as building scalable API services and gateway orchestration capabilities.

You will also develop and support web portal experiences for AI service onboarding and entitlement management, and implement robust authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management features. Supporting global user onboarding, access workflows, and service consumption across member firms will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will troubleshoot complex production issues, participate in critical incident response, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Platform Engineering teams.

Furthermore, you will conduct code reviews to establish engineering best practices, mentor offshore developers, and contribute to architecture implementation, technical roadmaps, and platform modernization. Ensuring platform scalability, reliability, performance tuning, observability, and operational excellence will be paramount.

We are looking for a Cloud Architect - Associate Manager with expertise in ARM Templates, Terraform, and Azure services including Application Insights, Azure Function App, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Server, API Management, Application Gateway, Key Vault, and Managed Identity. A strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and Azure/GCP Cloud-Native Development is essential.

Proficiency in IAM, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SaaS & Vendor API Integration, DevOps/CI/CD, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code is mandatory. Familiarity with REST APIs and Microservices is also required. While not mandatory, experience with Azure AI/Vertex AI, OpenAI, Service Mesh, Enterprise Integration Platforms, FinOps, and modern programming languages like .NET, Python, Node.js, or Go would be advantageous.
