Join our team as a Cloud Administrator, an Analyst role focused on maintaining and supporting cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with senior engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our client environments. This position involves 24x7x365 monitoring, incident response, and service request fulfillment, requiring persistence, effective communication, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include managing tickets, performing system administration for access profiles, and ensuring work is delivered within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also support minor changes, deployments, manage backups, conduct vulnerability monitoring, and apply security fixes and patches. The role requires flexibility to work in rotated shifts, including public holidays.

- Monitor client applications 24x7x365 and respond to incidents and service requests. - Escalate issues to Level 2 and Level 3 engineers as needed. - Manage and review tickets from various projects and stakeholders. - Utilize internal service desk systems for tracking requests, updates, and report generation. - Perform system administration, including account creation/deletion and access profile management. - Ensure work is completed within defined SLAs and maintain proactive communication with team members. - Support minor changes, deployments, and manage backups. - Conduct vulnerability monitoring, apply security fixes, patches, and updates. - Willingness to work in rotated shifts, including public holidays.

- Proven experience with Linux Operating Systems such as RHEL and CentOS. - Basic knowledge of computer networks and databases. - Understanding of CI/CD systems like Github Actions and Bitbucket Pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. - Hands-on experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus, Nagios, or Zabbix. - Experience in monitoring critical business applications. - Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python. - Understanding of the Incident Management Process. - Ability to work with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. - A degree in Graduation is required for this role.
