Utilize medical expertise, coding knowledge (CPT, diagnosis), and compliance guidelines to prevent fraudulent claims. Adhere to state, federal, and client-specific policies. Assist teams with special projects and reporting, and coordinate with colleagues on process updates. Comply with all employment terms, company policies, and directives, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic business environment.

A graduate degree is required, with preference for BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, B.Sc. Nursing, or BDS. A B.Sc. Nursing or BDS combined with 1+ year of corporate experience is also sought. Certification as a coder through AAPCC (CPC only) is essential.

Candidates with 1+ years of experience (if not a medical graduate) should possess expertise in specialty coding such as E&M or surgery, excluding solely HCC. Proven attention to detail, a quality-focused approach, and strong analytical and comprehension skills are paramount.
